Carrier Requirements – What You Need to Get Started
- Active USDOT and MC number (if applicable).
Compliance with all FMCSA regulations.
- Auto Liability: Minimum $1,000,000
Cargo Liability: Minimum $100,000
General Liability: Minimum $1,000,000
- Review and sign our Carrier Agreement outlining our partnership terms.
Complete and submit a W-9 form for tax purposes.

How to Become an Approved Carrier

Submit your carrier information using our Online Carrier Application Form.
2️⃣ Email Your Documentation
- Proof of Insurance (COI)

- Operating Authority (MC or DOT)
3️⃣ Review and Sign the Carrier Agreement
Our team will review your application, and once approved, you will receive our Carrier Agreement for electronic signature.
